FRESH CUT WHEATGRASS

Once juiced the grass juice nourishes the damaged body on the cellular level

Young Wheatgrass for Juicing

Wheat, as a domesticated crop, is not commonly found growing wild in the modern world. However, its wild relatives and progenitors still grow in certain regions. The most notable wild wheat species include Einkorn wheat (Triticum monococcum) and Emmer wheat (Triticum dicoccum), both of which are considered ancestral forms of modern wheat.

Regions Where Wheat Grows Wildly:
Fertile Crescent (Middle East):

Wild wheat is native to the Fertile Crescent, which includes parts of modern-day Turkey, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Jordan, and Iran.
This region is considered the birthplace of wheat domestication, dating back around 10,000 years.

Mediterranean Basin:
Some wild relatives of wheat grow in the Mediterranean region, particularly in Greece, Italy, and North Africa.

Central Asia:
Wild wheat species and related grasses are found in parts of Central Asia, such as Iran and Afghanistan.

Eastern Europe:
Wild wheat relatives, such as goatgrass (Aegilops species), can be found in Eastern European grasslands and steppes.
These wild wheat populations often thrive in rugged terrains, such as rocky slopes, open woodlands, and grasslands. They serve as vital genetic resources for modern wheat breeding programs, especially in improving disease resistance, drought tolerance, and other traits. If you're thinking about incorporating wild wheat in your farming practice or marketing, these regions hold fascinating historical and ecological importance!

While wheatgrass juice is generally safe, excessive consumption might cause nausea or headaches in some individuals due to detoxification effects. Moderation is key, and consulting a healthcare provider is recommended for those with allergies or underlying conditions
